The Sun Corporation was founded and registered in 2022.
This was not the beginning , way back in 2005/6 when the first load shedding started with a bang (Kempton Park sub-station) exploded and Kempton Park was without power for two weeks.

GREEN POWER was quickly formed and started selling portable trolley type Inverters to the public. Sales were promoted by connecting a 220volt lamp on top of the inverter and then wheeling the inverter around Menlyn Shopping Centre and any shopping center for that matter that was in darkness due to load shedding. The general public were amazed at this “New Invention” as 99% of the public did not know what inverters were.

Stock ran out pretty quickly which prompted Green Power to import some 500 units from China.
This order was delayed due to the Chinese New Year which saw all factories closing down for a full month. By the time the stock arrived some 3 months later, the load shedding seemed to be under control and sales plummeted.

GREEN POWER was de registered and life went on……Until 2013 When the load shedding reared its head once again albeit not very often though. It was however decided to form a new company “SUSENERGY” and we started trading with this name under a partnership.
This partnership was dissolved in 2022 and a sole directorship THE SUN CORPORATION emerged.

Now with load shedding in full swing and it seems there is no end in sight. This due to maintenance neglect which has reached a point of no return with sub-station breaking down almost daily.

The Sun Corporation now offer 24 Months to pay and or the client can add this to their house bond which in essence is not felt as a R250,000 installation will represent a +- R1900 t R2000 per month payment whereas this will represent a Off Grid solution saving 90% of Eskom’s bill (A no brainer).

Our Hybrid Inverters all have (MPPT Solar Chargers) built in meaning that at any time solar panels can be added to the existing install.
Even an additional Inverter can be added in Tandem to double the wattage
Lithium Batteries can be added with almost no limitation .
